Try making these tasty and wholesome kale chips.
Ingredients:
1 bunch of kale (any variety will do)
Carawri or Melrose Organic Extra Virgin olive oil
‘Hab Shifa’ Activated Black Seed with Himalayan Salt and Chili
Method:
Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a non-insulated biscuit/cookie sheet with parchment baking paper.
With a knife or kitchen shears carefully remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry kale with a salad spinner. Drizzle kale with olive oil and sprinkle with ‘Hab Shifa’ seasoning.
Bake until the edges brown but are not burnt, 10 to 15 minutes.
If you don’t scoff them all at once, these kale chips can be stored in an airtight container for a few days.
