How to use Barley Seeds for sprouting
Before sprouting, rinse thoroughly in fresh water then soak for 4-8 hours.
For best results, sow seeds thinly.
Germination time may vary with temperature.
Amount per tray / jar: 1 tablespoon of seeds.
Temperature: 18-20°C.
Rinse: 2-3 times daily.
Ready to eat: After approximately 2 to 3 days.
