Herbs of Gold Probiotic + SB is a probiotic complex containing Saccharomyces boulardii (SB) to support beneficial intestinal flora.
Features / Indications
- Supports digestive system health by helping to restore friendly intestinal flora and maintaining gastrointestinal mucosal membrane health.
- Contains high-strength SB which helps to reduce the occurrence and relieve the symptoms of traveller’s diarrhoea. SB also helps reduce diarrhoea associated with antibiotic use.
- Contains probiotics that survive stomach acid and have good adherence to the intestinal mucosa.
- Contains probiotics that support immune system health. Bifidobacterium lactis (BI-04) helps relieve symptoms of mild upper respiratory tract infections.
- Contains dairy-free probiotics sourced from Danisco®, a probiotic specialist trusted worldwide by manufacturers.
- Stable at room temperature and does not require refrigeration.
Ingredients
Each capsule contains:
| Lactobacillus acidophilus (FloraFIT® La-14) | 1.5 billion CFU |
| Lactobacillus plantarum (FloraFIT® Lp-115) | 1.5 billion CFU |
| Bifidobacterium lactis (FloraFIT® BI-04) | 2 billion CFU |
| Saccharomyces cerevisiae (Boulardii) | 6 billion CFU |
| Does not contain egg, milk, peanut, soy, tree nuts, animal products, gluten, lactose or artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. |
Directions For Use
Adults and children over 12 years – Take 1 capsule daily, with food.
For diarrhoea: Take 2 capsules daily, with food.
Or take as directed by your health professional.
Cautions / Contra-indications
Seek medical advice if diarrhoea persists for more than: 6 hours in infants under 6 months, 12 hours in children under 3 years, 24 hours in children aged 3 to 6 years or 48 hours in adults and children over 6 years. Not to be used in children under 2 years of age without medical advice.
