Directions For Use
Place a capful in the mouth and hold for ten seconds. After this time, swallow whilst noting the after taste. The strength of the after taste will determine if you may be zinc deficient.
- If you do not taste the zinc you may have a deficiency.
- If you experience a mildly unpleasant taste, your zinc levels may be slightly low
- If you experience an immediate strong metallic taste, this indicates that your zinc levels are adequate.
